The actual Language of a computer should be the high level Language because of its human-Like language and its easy to write and human friendly Unlike the Low Level Language.

The difference between High Level Language and Low Level Language is that high Level Languaage uses human related language while the low Level Language uses 0's and 1's as their code which makes it very hard and hard to debug cuz of its technicality.
